What supposed to be the Calculation of Pay-out amount of remaining 49 days of my notice period?
As I'm passing through difficult time and I have to leave the company without serving complete notice period of 90 days. For the same, I informed my company in advance to help me and manage but now they are requesting me for 49 days salary which they calculated in a wrong way.
This is something which are forcing me to pay to get relieving letter.

A.You can chalange wrong way calculation.
It must be according with they pay for your remaining leave. But you are doing private company job so it is good for you you can complete your notice period. Or pay amount for remaining day if you ave accepted notice period in your offer letter or joining letter during your joining.
