Hello,

A.Dear Sir
Let them file civil suit and for that small amount they never approach court. The court says that they are entitle only the amount which was spent on your training.
Please give me RANK FIVE (5) if my answer satisfies you

A.Employment Bonds are not always illegal, therefore they can be enforced, and they have been enforced in the past. However, in your case, full amount cannot be claimed as you have not completed the training even.
What does your contract say the amount is? Rs. 50,000 is payable on premature resignation right? Then that assumes that you will complete 6 months training at least. Therefore, you have a good case.
You will have to respond to their legal notice/ demand in a strong manner citing all relevant laws. I handled many matters involving much less favorable facts than yours.

A.You should not be afraid , you are not bound to pay anything if you have not signed any of such contracts.
You can also contact a lawyer and send legal notice for harassment, blackmailing & threatening you.
