i am so and so dismissed from service from SBI bank on july 2020 under in terms of 67 (j) under SBIOSR 1992.
Dear sir. i beg you please kindly requesting you please guide or answer for following 2 question for submitting my appeal to CGM SBI CHENNAI,.
i. If the imposed penalty is incommensurate with the gravity of misconduct established and a lesser punishment is warranted.
(Specific reasons to be adduced)
ii. If you wish to furnish any other consequential aspects, please submit as an attachment
A.You may approach the High Court and get justice.

A.What are the grounds and reasons of your dismissal. Without the documents and facts before any Lawyer how can be it done?

A.See if they have dismissed you on an arbitrary ground then you can challenge the dismissal with cogent replies or moving a court. Since I have worked in SBI I know that how strict the services rules are. I would suggest you get in touch with a good lawyer immediately and take appropriate legal steps to save your job.
