I am one of co-owner in the Plot 5500 sq ft I have 2300 sq ft purchased and 900 sq feet is on my family members name ,On the said Property there is old building of 65 years old ,For demolition part of it which is over my 2300 sq ft i went to Municiple council they asked me to bring NOC sign from co-owners of remaining plot and they refused to give sign and said they wont co-operate for any demolition and construction and wont give me NOC for the same .the building is collapsing and Engg gave us certificate mentioned the structure may collapse any time but still we cant do anything as the Co-owners having criminal intention about me and family Please help

A.Hi,
Initiate a partition suit and move an application in the said suit for directions on demolition.

A.Make a complaint to Municipality to demolition the building on there own by declaring it "not safe", as the building is too old and is collapsing. If Municipality doesn't respond you may file a civil case for Partition of the property and after getting decree of court may apply for the permission for demolition of your part.
