Legal separation from financial obligation of father.
If a person is bank defaulter and fraudster and has taken debts from many private lenders as well, are his daughters/wife liable to repay them if he goes absconding? Is there any way to legally separate financial obligations of the person from his family as they have nothing to do with the scams and are innocent and making an honest living.?
A.Dear Sir,
You may take permanent injunction and thus protect yourself from the borrowers of your father who is exclusively liable to discharge such liabilities.
