Two years back I've availed a loan from Bajaj Finserv for buying some electronic goods. Unfortunately I failed to pay the last month EMI. The total remaining EMI is Rs. 4336/- . Yesterday I received a call from a Advocate and he said that, Bajaj has filed a case against you and as a total you have to pay 17536/-. So, the local police should file a FIR regarding this. But, he offered me a chance to pay the amount. Also, he said, if you paid the total amount I will stop the case file from the further proceedings. Hence, immediately I've paid Rs. 5000/- through the online to the Bajaj Finserv. He asked me to pay the remaining amount within tomorrow. But, now it is very difficult to pay the remaining amount tomorrow. What I have to do? Please help me.

A.Dear Sir,
It is a personal loan and they cannot sit on your throat for your recovery. You must be thick skinned and avoid their calls till you get funds. They cannot send you to jail and cannot attach your movable properties unless there is Court Decree or Award passed by Arbitrator.

A.You can visit the concern office and meet the authority & put your word for loan settlement it help u if u are willing to pay the outstanding balance.
You can also ask them to give some time and commitment to your words, this also help.
