Mental harassment and threating over property matters Mental harassment and threating over property matters

I live at my maternal house with my parents , one sibling and my grandmother.
My grandmother has frequent problems with us, all day.
We do adjust with whatever she says. But she never adjusts a bit and creates unnecessary fuss for silly reasons and then complaints to my aunt( my mother's sister) and her husband regarding the same with imaginary happenings.
And after all the fuss she would threaten us all that she would file an application in court to get us all out of the house.( The maternal house was renovated by my father and the property in equally divided to all three of them ie. Grandmother , father and mother)
Since she's a senior citizen, she says.. nobody can do anything..and she would threaten to file case on us.
My aunt and uncle refuses to believe what all she does and says to us.. I have both audio n video recordings where in she abuses us verbally.. it lasts for hours! Starts early in the morning at 5 ..
Is there any solution to get rid of such situations.
Since it is our grandmother, we, do not mean to harm her by any means but she's mentally abusing us all the time.. n complaints all the imaginary stuffs to my aunt.
Please suggest something.
We tried counseling.. though we attended it, she refused to go..

A.Hi
Since you are dealing with an old person it will be better to deal with the issue among yourselves in a peaceful manner. If she is not ready for that then you always have the option of approaching the police.

A.Hi,
It is advisable for you to change your attitude towards a senior citizen as old age comes with various mental issues. If not, then you can file a FIR and can ask police to deal with the same.
