we purchased a flat from landowner and we paid 90% amount (some amount through loan) and registration done. The project is delayed due to Covid and is going to complete next month. Now landlord asks for GST and his Income Tax paid amount to handover the property. In agreement, it was clearly mentioned it is including GST. [non RERA]. What can be done?

A.You can deny it if Agreement to such effect exists. Send him a Legal Notice and subsequently you can approach appropriate Court particularly consumer forum.
