I signed my conveyane deed with HUDA in November 2018 , however i wasnt told to get the deed registered by them.I paid
stamp duty f Rs1.5 Lakhs. However during my recent visit to HUDA office tehy said my deed is no longer valid as the
period of registration is over. They also specified that i cannot claim refund on the stamp duty paid , and i will need
to pay the entire stamp duty again.How can this be legal, if the deed is not valid can the stamp duty still be kept by the
revenue department ? how can i claim my old stamp duty back if its even possible.Or can i use the same stamp duty to sign a new conveyance deed? please help.
