A builder is charging Rs 5000 per square feet and is charging this amount for the "Total Area including plinth and common area share" which comes to 1186sq ft. The carpet area is only 876. However in the estimate they've charged Rs.5000x1186sq ft. Is this the legally accepted pricing?
If a project started construction before RERA act came into effect, and is still an ongoing project, will the guidelines of RERA apply tho such projects
