A(Husband) & B(Wife) have a joint saving account with either or survivor mode of operation.They have a locker with this account. After the demise of (Husband), B(Wife) open a new account with C(son) with either or survivor mode of operation.Does the bank has right to deduct the locker rent from the second account without the consent of the customer B &C? The locker is attached with 1st account.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated
