Hello
I am working with a school as a marketing coordinator from 21st of Feb 2018 . My question is I am not geeting salary on time Feb salary I got in April. March salary in may and April may salary still pending. What should I do as its a mental tourture for me asking salary daily and not getting any response

A.you have just joined, it is not to dispute with the school management, no doubt you can approach the competent Authority under the payment of wages act, but your action result in strained relation with the management, consider all the aspects before proceeding against the school management or lodging complaint in ALC Office.

A.See they are paying you but your concern is payment is not on time. Mam if they withhold your salary for a long period then only you can legally proceed against them.
