I have a credit card overdue, but since the lockdown in March my family income has come down by 50% as a result of which I am not being able to make any payment to SBI card despite the completion of the moratorium and neither am I in a position to commit to any settlement EMI till situations improve. Please advise what my options are to deal with this situation?

A.Hello,
You should try to convince the bank through a notice that, when the situations would improve you would clear the dues.
