Loan was sanctioned without my knowledge by Bajaj Finserv

I have never taken any loan with Bajaj Finserv in my lifetime but my CIBIL report appears to show a pending consumer loan on my name for INR 15000, I approached Bajaj Finserv customer grievance redressal team and their customer support head to clarify the confusion but they are forcing me to register my email address with them before take any action on what I consider to be an obvious case of identity theft. I have already raised dispute with CIBIL, and I am frustrated because I can't get any meaning answer from Bajaj Finserv. How do I go about from here? How do I get them to take action against my compliant? Can I make a formal compliant to RBI? Is there any way I can file a lawsuit?

A.Hi,
Since the case is of identity theft, you should send a legal notice to them immediately

A.Yes ur are right because so many people complaint on same issue you will need to file case against them immediately or send legal notice through lawyer immediately
