SIR I HAVE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH A GUJARAT BASED COMPANY CALLED ELLITE SERVICES FOR ONLINE DATA ENTRY. I AM STILL IN THE AGREEMENT PERIOD WHICH WILL BE OVER BY DAY AFTER TOMORROW. YESTERDAY I SAW SOME CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR FRAUDULANCE AND BLACKMAILING. WHAT SHOULD I DO SIR..HOW WILL I ESCAPE FROM THIS..

In the facts you have mentioned that you are still in the agreement period which will be over by day after tomorrow, thus understanding the nature of company if you didn't complete the agreement, there is no valid contract for the same, thus they can do nothing against you.

If the agreement is not yet over, there is not a valid contract yet. Thus there is no question of escaping as you are not wholly associated with them.
