Issue In Rental- Lock In Period not over-want to vacate

I have a commercial property on rental and due to covid my business has collapsed. I am not able to make ends meet, I want to vacate my premises and my lease deed does not have force majeure mentioned. I have my equipment lying in the shop as well. My lock in period ends September 2021.
