Daughter rights regarding property

2 months back my mother registered her 1.5 acre land to me but now she asking to back to register her land on her name actually that property is my grandmother property. Once after registration is there right to her to take back of her registrated property

A.daughters also have rights in property. it all depends on family tree.
registry can be cancelled but it was gift deed ?
