I searched for online course. One of the person called me and gave a contract form and told me to reply "I agree" to except the contract. I replied "Agree" and they have allowed me a user id and a password to me. They given 600 forms which I completed in time. Now after quality check they send a report displaying that 514 forms are correctly entered and rest have some mistake and you are eligible for payment of Rs 15420/-. But as you have make more than 10% of entry wrong you have to pay Rs4000 first which will be refunded along with 15420/-. I refused to make payment. They told me to take legal action against me. What should I do. I asked for a copy of wrong entry I made but they told they submitted it somewhere. Can I registered complaint against the company.

If they were not fake then they wont ask payment. they can deduct 4000 from 15000 and pay 11000.
