Dear Sir,
I have a Vat Refund for the year 2012-2013. My Vat no was cancelled in 2016. How to claim my Vat Refund.

A.if this refund ordered after assessment then write to your jurisdiction officer for refund and interest on also. if its belongs to up state then contact me i assure it will be credited you very soon

But the refund is for bills issued prior to cancellation of Vat no.
