Sir I made sell agreement of my plot and some money from buyer. But due to family problems. I don't want to sell.I try to convince him to take his money.but he refused.What to do?

A.It will depend upon the terms and conditions of the agreement that you can cancel the agreement or not.If u want u can seek personal consultation with me along with agreement of sell through Vidhikarya. Rest is for u to decide.

A.The buyer can go to court in a suit for specific performance to buy your property.
