Can i Cancel flat resigstration after 100%Loan disbursement

I am purschase 1bhk flat in panvel, i have done flat stamp duty registration on 05 -jun-2018. And 100% loan also disbursed to builder, and in agreement one cluase for cancellation 15% amount will be deduct, and project also rera approved but due to my financial problem can i cancel the agreement at this stage and how much loss for me.

A.Selling the flat is the best option, being the owner, as full payment is made to the builder. Cancellation will entail other charges mentioned in the agreement.

A.Deduction if any will be as per terms and conditions in the agreement. It will be better u try to sell the property because even if u sell it at price purchased, u shall have to give 1% brokerage in case there is a broker involved and at least loss will be less than the one by cancelling the booking itself.
