I want to develop a mobile app for those who are preparing for 10th/12th students . By using the app students will get chapter wise question and answer of all the subjects that are included in the syllabus . Now my query to the lawyer is what kind of legal process that i must follow before developing and publishing this mobile app .

A.dear client its better way to developed your mobile app with all appropriate and important informations based of research and preferred study material. student wants short but sweet resolutions with effective prospection.don't make copy pates from any copyright or marked material.it might be create legal issue against you.

A.See in you case you must ensure not to copy anything directly form anywhere and publish it. You must be sire not to violate the copyrights of books and authors. Apart form that you will also have to ensure that you have proper User and Terms and Conditions for the App and other legal documents ready before you launch the app.
