I took admission of my child in abhishek tutorials, for class 9th coaching, and paid as per their demand, 1st installment of 23ooo/- fees of 15,000 during the time of admission they made me a sign that the fees is not refundable . after first month, batches got desperated and the batche of my kid has 4 to 5 students only. Due to fewer students in batch, they were started avoiding classes, scolding when ask for any doubts, and give punishment and they scolded on her in that level she refused to go in that coaching after that day . she hardly went one and half month or two month to tuition . I asked for the refund of the fees as they are not working as per their responsibility, and negligence and making atmosphere tense in that level that my child was not able to continue. they denied to pay the amount back. I want to send a legal notice before filing the case with the consumer forum. And need help to make the notice
