Salary not given by 2 months

Sir,
I was working with PureShot Food And Beverages Pvt Ltd Sector -18 Noida form March 2017 to May 2018 they did not give me a salary of two months and now the company is closed so, please i request you to suggest me what will do in this case

A.Under the Payment Wages Act 1936, Every Employer if liable to pay the wages/emoluments to the workeman working under him every succeeding month with in 10 days.You can file a Complaint to the Asst Labour Commissioner of your jurisdiction quickly. Better to consult a Labour & Employment and service matter expert lawyer to guide & help you quickly.

A.You did not mention whether you fall under the category of workman or managerial post. Legal positions cannot be answered without complete facts, as the answer will differ from one facts to other facts. Contact a local lawyer to send a legal notice to the company for the release of salary.

I advise you that if you are a workman as defined in Uttar Pradesh Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, you can obtain all the payment such as your pending salary, gratuity and termination benefit from your Company by the labour court. A.File a complaint in Labour court as soon as possible. or else may be possible your employer can change there location so it will be very difficult for you to trace the address.
