Property registration-I bought a plot from a firm Property registration-I bought a plot from a firm

I bought a plot from a firm for 90,000.00 and that firm alloted a plot to me and asked to register that plot. Due to various reasons and family issues I could not register the same at that time.
Now, when I approached the firm for registration, they were like the plot was sold to other person and cannot be given to me.
So, I requested the firm to at least refund my money. But the firm is not giving my money and asking me to pay extra amount so they will give another plot but not the same plot and can't refund money.
Can i move on this legally.

A.Dear Client
you can certainly move legally against them and you can start with by sending a legal notice to them followed by filing a case in the court/forum seeking an order in your favour with compensation.

A.Dear Client,
you can get refund upto 98% of the money you paid to the seller for the plot. if they did not refund the money, issue a legal notice to them for the payment of the money. please check the sale agreement before doing so.
