Dear Sir, One person is falsely ale gating on my father as he received amount from their end. He visited our native and he went to government hospital by making his own wife as beaten and filled a case by threatning criminal case with amount request. Finally we have been threated and take sign by police to give amount to the cheater for 4 Lkahs else they will file FIR on my father. then one of our ralative gave them 2 lakhs and they gone by taking back their case. now again claiming by them for 2 lakhs as per police letter and again threatening by police to give amount of 2 lakhs to the cheater else they will file FIR. Please guide we already paid 2 lakhs with out receiving any amount, but still the issue is going on. kindly advise.

A.Dear Sir,

If false FIR is filed then go to High Court and get it quashed. Further you may approach Higher Police Officers and see that FIR is closed by filing B Report i.e., no case made out report.
