Association v/s Society

Sale deed is done under Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act for the all the flats. Association is yet to be formed. Residents wants to form a Society specially so that Developer does not have any right on the Land/Terrace. Is this possible & how ?
A.Dear client, this is based on the necessity of forming association and such association will be allowed to be registered if provisions of local laws are full filled.
