Retail food shop - famous food court have charged Retail food shop - famous food court have charged

One of the famous food court have charged me for carry bag which consists their name/logo. As per law restaurants or such food court can't charge for carry bad with their names/logo (advertising purpose). Can I get compensation? If yes how much?

A.Dear Sir,
You have a social concern and you can file a consumer case seeking huge compensation and that you may win the case as the company violated the rules. Be informed that it will be called as “Tort” and Indian Consumer Courts may award only little amount that is Notional amount to recognize your grievance.
