Regarding job joining

I worked as a po in regional rural bank for 1 year. I got a better job offer and i resigned. At the time of joining biometric verification was not verified. So they sent to forensic lab and they cleared my candidature. It has taken 6 months. They have provided me the service but not salary. Can i get salary if i go to tribunal as there is no fault from my side because the person who has taken my biometric may be not qualified or the software they used to capture biometric may be error.

A.Dear client if you have any proper evidence about any work done by you in office or any entry book maintained which shows that you was worked there then you have to send legal notice through lawyer for paying your worked hours. If they deny then file complaint before labour court .

A.Yes,you are fully entitled to get the salary for the period you worked. The bank authorities will not be in a position to defend themselves,if you raise your grievance before appropriate forum. Certainly your claim will be allowed.

Second one sir. For the first one i got my salary but i resigned for the second one and waited for 6 months for the mistake i have not done

Write a letter through proper channel requesting for the salary. Don`t ever make the mistake of sending legal notice which may be considered misconduct and you may even lose the job .
