I took an education loan from Canara Bank, and emi's are debiting from my account on time,
as I have checked I missed 1 EMI around 14 months ago.
rest of them I'm paying on time.
Now I'm getting this("suit filed wilful default written off settled") status on my CIBIL report.

I have not received any Notice or call from the bank

A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that but but I this case you may settle the dispute amicably. In case that does not work out, you can file a complaint against them to the banking ombudsman.
