Mental torture from my aunt

7 years Back i lost my dad . When dad was he used to take care of everyone. Ours is joint family . When my dad was there everyone were nice and had respect to my dad .... Now one of my aunt ( i.e my dad's brother's wife ) is torturing us a lot .... We are not having anything to eat properly all the groceries and everything she will his in her room. On top of that once she hit my mom once and she is torturing us badly .. i want their family to go out of our house .... What can be done for that ? Please do help our family
A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that. I assume the house is ancestral property therefore you cannot ask then to move out. However, you can file case for torture and harrasment to your nearby police station.
