I want to stop the legal notice to not come to my house which is of my brother

Respected sir ,
I want to stop a legal notice from court to come to my house which i buy my self, the case is related to my elder brother and his wife as his wife is split from my elder brotherso hei wife aske for the allowance or bhatta frim my brother which he does not to giving so a legal notice from court comes to my house every month as my brother's wife gives my address to court . The legal notice is deliver by the policemen and he say pay the allowance as soon as possibe or this property will kurk but the property is my so whant can i do now
Also my brother is travelling in different cities not settling anywhere but his all identy proof is of the same city where i live kindly tell what can i do for not letting any legal notice come to my home

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in this case you ave to give an affidavit declaring the actual ownership and the facts know to you and pray to stop sending the notices / documents pertaining to him with immediate effect

A.You may appear by person or through an advocate before the learned court and inform the learned court about such fraudulent act of your elder brother. You also inform the court about the ownership of the said residential premises and also inform the police authority that your elder brother does not stay with you in that residence and he have no share of right on that residential premises. Hence request the learned court for not sending the summon or notice any further in your residential premises.
