Buying A plot With RERA approval

Hi,
I'm Planning to buy a RERA approved plot from Land owner and there are houses built already and people are living there should I buy it or not

A.All the documents must be scrutized properly before any transaction is done so it's better to consult with an advocate with all the relevant documents you have regarding the property for best solution.
