Challenge the will - My uncle made a will
1 year ago
My uncle made a will according to which all his immovable property got transferred to his two sons in equal portion. He hasn't given any share to his daughters in the will. Now, he has passed away. Can daughters now challenge the will and claim their share in property ? If yes, what will be the process ?
A.In my humble suggestion, if it is your father's self acquired property, the daughters cannot claim their share in the property against the will but they can do so in case of an ancestral property.
