मेरी पत्नी ने मेरे खिलाफ धारा 125 सीआरपीसी डीवी अधिनियम और 498 ए के तहत वर्ष 2019 में मामले दर्ज किए थे मैं नवंबर 2021 में मध्यस्थता के दौरान अपनी पत्नी के साथ मध्यस्थता के उद्देश्य से उच्च न्यायालय गया था मैंने और मेरी पत्नी ने मुद्दों का समाधान किया था और मेरे पत्नी मेरे खिलाफ सभी मामले वापस लेने के लिए सहमत हो गई थी। हमने आपसी सहमति के बाद भी संभोग किया था कि हमें साथ रहना है। लेकिन मध्यस्थता के आखिरी दौर में मेरी पत्नी ने केस वापस नहीं लिया मेरे खिलाफ केस लड़ रहे हैं। वहीं फैमिली कोर्ट में जहां 125 सीआरपीसी हेड के तहत मेरी पत्नी के रूप में केस दर्ज कर मेरे साथ रहने के लिए कहा गया है। मेरी पत्नी 10 दिनों के लिए मेरे साथ रहने आई और फिर अपने घर लौट आई और कभी वापस नहीं आई सभी व्हाट्सएप संदेशों पर वह हमेशा मुझसे कह रही थी कि वह वापस आ जाएगी लेकिन वह कभी वापस नहीं आई। मैं अपनी पत्नी के साथ रहना चाहता हूं। कृपया मुझे तदनुसार मार्गदर्शन करें
If both the parties reach a settlement and agree on the same point, you can apply for quash petition and file a case for restitution of conjugal rights to bring your back your wife to home.

When both of you reached to compromise/settlement then did you sign and execute any agreement or MoU between both of you. If yes then you can take the help of that to quash the cases.
