My in laws have been troubling me, my husband and my parents since the time we got married against their will.
Now my husband and I have shifted to UAE for work purposes and his mother is trying to file a fasle case against me or trying to do something to put me in trouble.
So incase she file a false case or something against me will I be called back from UAE to India?

A.Ma'am, i would suggest you to seetle it within the family first, but if it still does not calm down, and if she files civil law suits ,you might not be bothered so much but if the cases are criminal in nature, you might be dragged along for a long run.

A.Dear Client
First of all you need to ascertain that what kind of cases is your mother-in-law going to initiate against you. If they are going to be the civil case then there is no need to worry and in case she files a criminal case then you should respond accordingly.

A.If the allegations are proved by the mother in law against you with all the relevant documents then you may have to visit the court or police station for further investigation. But if she doesnt have any strong evidence against you then you do not need to worry so much.
