Regarding Rera concilation

My builder says he got RERA concilation on my name ,but i have not filed any complaint against him .
he wants in written that i have not filed the complaint and please cancel existing concilation which was filed for me .
furthur ,there is discussion going on for rent to be paid to me for delayed possession he has to pay to me .
so if i give him written for what he is asking would that be a safe way ?
and what if i give him in written but with condition that if he dont pay me rent i can file RERA concilation in future ?
A.I request get the case number, check in rera portal to see the Genuity of his discussions. if such case is pending, you can always go to rera and submit the required documents instead of him. Also for due rents, you can ask him, failing to which you can file a recovery suits, it doesn't come under RERA
