Mother made an agreement to son for his daily family reason she gave a personal cheque of two laks to his account for purchasing auto. Son wife not in good relation as they married against parent. That is love marriage.Due to this son shifted separate house. Due to sudden he died as the son wife torture..reason for parents property.. she want. the entire property belongs to mother name.
Now the auto took forcebly without informing her mother in law.. such scenario captured in cctv
Now mother asking any justice in such case as mother spent huge money.

A.Dear client widow is entitled to her husband movable or immovable property.but if property not registered on husband name then mother is entitled.mother can file complaint into police station and file civil suit for recovery of possession

A.She being the widow she is entitle to her husband's property. If the auto is registered in her husband's name then she being the widow is entitled to take the auto. However, if the auto is not in her husband's name but in your mother's name then your mother can lodge a complaint with the local police station against her and file a civil case for recovery of the movable property.

She has no right over the property of her mother-in-law as long as she is alive. If the mother-in-law dies intestate, ie without a Will then she can entitled to get her husband's share over the property of her mother-in-law. What I suggest if there is any property in your mother's name she should transfer her property by way of gift to any of her son or daughter.

Secondly you tell me what tourtures you get from your daughter in law.
