Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Need your help to know, can an organisation show it as an ATL, post completion of notice period.
I served the notice period from 09th Dec'17 till 09th Feb'18, which indeed was of 63 days against the required notice of 60 days.
However, my organisation has shown it as an ATL in their records instead of resignation.

Please help.

Regards,

Adv. Sarika Khude

A.It would be better if you can elaborate what ATL stands for. It could be an internal acronym for your organization and not well understood by all.

It's their internal matter to reflect in whatever manner they want. But factually they are wrong as you have resigned so you can raise a concern with them.
