action against as a child abuse

When I was a child, I have been physically abused (beaten brutally) by my father & mother too every day for no reason at all other than studies... many times they even made me sleep with one of my uncle who was a child molester knowing his character how could any parent send their girl child to sleep with him? The brutality was to such an extent as if he tried to kill me indirectly as he was waiting for a boy child, not a girl child, but I loved my parents like god but still now they are if not physically but mentally torturing me although I am very well settled now quite strong financially but don't understand the reason behind this indifference. They only love my brother who has come after many abortions. They don't want to see me even I just want to do the reason for all this as this is mentally torturing me. Now can I take any legal action against all of this? Please help.

A.Your case is a complicated one. You can register a complaint against them with all the facts before the nearest police station.

A.Your situation is very poignant. It is also a social problem with a personal problem. Govt & society needs to do a lot with this issue. In today's situation, when you are successful, you are taking the issue to justice with the whole society.
You can contact your respective Department of Government of India with other organisations such as UNICEF etc.

A.Dear Client,
Some people may averse some people or to say in another from some people may love some people even though they do not do anything. That is even if there is no fault, parents may love one child may not see the other child with par with that child. The reason may be known to them only. Even if you complain now you may not get justice because of law of limitation or lack of evidence etc., if that cause is put in legal circumference. Even now if you complain against them they may be punished, if you prove the fact strictly, but it does not mean that you will be loved by them since your childhood. My suggestion is not to complain, be neutral, live according to your own way. At the same time it should not be repeated to your children. Give your children what you have not received from your parents.

A.Yes, first the multiple illegal abortions need to be reported. Please also make a complaint regarding the molestation. The delay can be explained in terms of lack of support from parents.
