Maintenance for wife

My husband earns by work from home with foreign company around 5 lakhs per month.but I don't have proof. More over he is working by his mother name. So every transaction is in his mother's account. When we got married, he has 2bhk flat on his name & home loan was also there. But before year he has transfered home to his mother name though loan was not completed.after that my husband continue to pay loan. He planned for divorce ,so he has taken all this steps. Is there any rule that home is officially his property . What steps should be taken ? Now at time of maintenance he said he has no job & no property on his hand. What can I do ? I don't have evidence .

A.Dear client kindly file an application in the case for a direction from the court to produce all documents relating to home loan.If it is proved that your husband transferred the home loan, then it will be deemed to be concealment of income and court can pass orders on maintainence

A.Dear client! This kind of transfer immediately before divorce will be considered malafied, then the gift deed done by your husband to his mother, will be easily canceled through the court.

A.Move an application in the case for a direction from the court to produce all documents relating to home loan.If it is proved that your husband transferred the home loan, then it will be deemed to be concealment of income and court can pass orders on maintainence as maintainence is your absolute right

I know home loan account number. He has took home loan from axis bank . I have one document related to home loan in which all detail about home loan .
