Respected Sir,
My self Anandshah from Ahmedabad. In 2012 I was registered in real estate scheme of residence flat and I pay Rs. 2,61,000 as a token fees but builder failed to construct building so I was filed case in consumer court in Ahmedabad and court order to pay our money back but I lost my receipt of that agreement so I was affidavit that but now builder say no to return money on basis of affidavit i am in financial crisis i need my money and need ur help sir please suggest that what can I do now..

A.Dear client every builder have the all details of customer payment , maintaining account of purchasers. Kindly file a execution petition giving all reasons and lost of papers of payment.and demand the same on which basis you received order from consumer court

A.Dear client, you have lost all receipts, but builder must have the all details of your payment , maintaining account of purchasers. Hence , you file a execution petition giving all reasons and lost of papers of payment , and demand the same on which basis you git order from consumer court, court will help to get all information from builder
