Abusive Sibling with OCD causing harm and mental harassments

Abusive elder sister aged 40 year old causing mental harassments and troubling my old widowed mother of 72 years old and now laying claim to my personal owned purchased property. I have left my own home yesterday night on account of false drama and ruckus created by her in society, in front of outsiders.

If your sister is having OCD issues and her behaviour is too aggressive towards the family which can harm somebody then you should get her checked up through some psychologist and if required take some legal steps to put her in asylum depending on the outcome.

If this is about your property, then she cannot claim for it as it's been purchased by you independently.
Section 294 of IPC states that:
