Purchase through attorney

My father purchase a land through power of attorney but in 2011 the sale of land through power of attorney is illegal and the real owner take advantage of this new rule so what is a solution

Yes you are right that sale through power of attorney is not legal and valid. Since you have already paid the money to the seller hence you can file a civil case for money recovery and also if required lodge a police complaint for fraud and cheating too.
