Can legally live a married man with a married woman without divorce and her divorce ??

A.Dear client,
It is legal in India. The Supreme Court has held that a live-in relationship comes within the ambit of the right to life enshrined under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and live-in relationships are permissible and that the act of two adults living together, in any case, cannot be considered illegal or unlawful.
But according to Hindu Law, a married man having an extramarital affair is not allowed. So, it depends upon the knowledge and consent of the wife of the man. If they have the intention of getting separated, it won't be a problem.

if the wife doesn't want to live separated or doesn't want to give a divorce in that case .... it would be illegal or punishable ???
