Resignation in Bond period Resignation in Bond period

Hi, i am in a agreement with company for 12 months period for which I sended them an employment bond printed on stamp paper with notary but i didn't put my signature, name, address nothing in the agreement.
i sended them pdf of bond that doesn't having my name , signature and address. And also they accepted it without any issue.
Now I want to resign from job and now they saying that i need to pay penalty as of i am in an employment bond
So my doubts are
1. bond is valid or not as it not contains my name, signature and address.
2. My notice period started or not & if started it is from the date i sended them resign mail ?
3. They not even spend a single penny on my training/certifications.
so there is no training cost.

So now do I need to worry about employment bond or i should complete my notice period and leave the company without having any trouble?

A.Dear client,
1. If your name is not at all mentioned in the agreement, then to whom was the agreement addressed to?
To form a valid contract, there must be minimum of 2 parties and if that is not there, it is an invalid contract.
2. The notice period policy depends upon the company's rules and regulations.
3. For this, it is essential for us to know if you have been paid by them ( as in salary) or not.

As according to the facts mentioned by you, it seems like the contract is invalid and if they have your signature on any other document, then they might file a suit of recovery against you.
