Land grabbing and intimidation Land grabbing and intimidation

On a plot of 8 acres, there are 4 partners. We are first and we have access to the road. Other partners need a way to enter their part of land. General consensus is to leave 12ft width of land along plot covering all the partners. But 3rd partner is pushing everyone to give 30ft for road. He is pooling everyone by bribing and trying to plant border for road without our consensus. Is there a provision to get anticipatory or preemptive case on criminal intimidation, tresspassing in the land grabbing act

A.Dear Client,

You can consult a lawyer near you and file a suit to ask the court to determine how much plot should be given for the road.

Thank you so much, I hope this answer helped you.

A.Dear client,
There is nothing such as an anticipatory case. But, Criminal Trespass
(Section 441 of I.P.C.): When someone enters a premises possessed by another with the intention to commit an offense, intimidate, insult or annoy. Here, the entry may be lawful or unlawful.

Section 425 (Mischief): When someone intentionally or knowingly causes destruction of a property or any change in a property that diminishes its value or utility.

Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation): Any threat of injury to person, reputation or property with the intent to cause them to do something which they are not legally bound to do.

All the above provisions can be applied if he continues to pursue with the same illegally.
