I paid 20000 in coaching centre on non refundable agreement. But withing 24 hours due to medical issues I was requesting them to give me back my money as I have not used there any facilities. They are denying. What should I do ? It is a private institute named rice

You may get issue a legal notice and threaten to go to Police and lodge complaint with Police. It being small amount and it is not advisable to go to any Court.
