Mental Cruelty- My husband has temperament issues Mental Cruelty- My husband has temperament issues

I married 1.5 years ago. My husband has temperament issues. He drinks frequently, 2-3 times a week and comes home late and always gets violent when I ask him about coming home late. He also disrespects me and when I point it out to him he is very casual about it. He behaves sweetly otherwise when I dont ask anything about whatever he does. He also has the habbit of chewing tobacco and has not been able to leave it inspite of requesting him many times. I dont know how long can I tolerate him as he is not respectful to my parents as well.

A.Dear Client,

You can file a complaint against your husband for domestic violence, mental cruelty, insult and so much more. You are also liable to get a divorce in these cases and can then claim maintenance as well. Please consult a lawyer near you, to help you better with this situation and who can explain how you should proceed legally.

Thank you so much, I hope this answer helped you.
