Dear sir/mam
I was married in the month of may 2018...my husband is not at all interested in marriage he used to say me lots of times....he used to torture me like hell...eventhen i convinced myself to adjust...i used to say all these problems to my friend who is a boy....my husband used to send all my watsapp chats to his mail without my knowledge....so all chats with my friend are with my husband now...3 months back i came to my parents house and after 3 days i called my husband to take me to his home...then he told my parents that I have some affairs with some other person...moreover my friend is not in this country too...he is living abroad for the past 7 years....yesterday we went to my husband house along with 10 of my relatives...he came outside but he didnt allow us inside...then i shouted at him saying that i have all rights to get into his house...then he went into his house closed his doors and called police...police took us to the station and counselled both of us and the lawyer of his side is giving wrong directions blaming me in a very rude manner....But i want to stay with my husband....but due to him i went to the police station for the first tym....once his sister beaten me...but there r no proofs...they tortured me for money...he created some of the messages with my mobile saying that i want to kill his mother....I know that i didnt send that message...yesterday with the police he told that there is a threat to my mom if she comes here.....
so please suggest me wat all the cases can i file on him....will there be justice to my life...will we get the dowry back if we file the case....how long would it take....please suggest....we kept 35 lakhs on this marriage

A.You can approach the cops or concerned court.

You have two options either to continue stay with your husband or proceed for filing different number of cases.

A.U should file a domestic violence case asking for right of residence in the shared household. Filling of FIR may be an extreme step but if u want u can go for it.U can also a file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act.In the domestic violence case, also claim maintainence.

A.Dear Madam,
If you want to live happily dissolution of marriage is one of the best options for you.
Filing a Divorce Case would probably better if counselling fails.
In this Case find out what your husband wants finally.
Accordingly you need to develop your strategy and move fast.
In between you try to collect all evidence relating to torture,ill treatment,systematically ( from day 1 ) which can be produced in the court of law as evidence if required.
